Is it advisable to put your income tax return in a bank acout or in a 5 year cd if its over a 1,000.00 or should i use the IRA which im not to familiarized with.?

The CD can be redeemed on maturity date or early (taking the penalties that may arise.)

Not everyone qualifies for IRA's, recomend visiting www.irahelp.com

There are 3 types of IRA's

Deductible
NonDeductible
Roth
The IRA retirement age is (70 1/2) deemed by the Federal goverment.

ALso Cd's can be as short as 6 months. I recomend shorter periods on cd's because everyone fincial situations change constantly.

Can you expound on this a little? Which IRA makes the most sense for certain circumstances?
