Does anyone know of a stock and option price data source, low cost or free, even if only daily? For example how does eInvesting grab stock prices for the simulator? Or does that have to be parsed from html (web pages).

I know how to grab and parse html, but just looking for an easier way to maybe download a complete list to track/analyze daily prices.
