Id expect anywhere from 1$ (wouldnt touch) to 3$ a square foot. I would say away from the real cheap ones as most the time you will get knocked on utility bills becuase of poor insulation and such.

I would expect to pay probably be around 300$ a month for a 2 room office.

What kind of business are you running? If it's a virtual online kind, I woulnd't rush into any overhead expenses until I absolutely needed them. That just means less profit for you and more headache to meet the monthly bills. Do you plan to have any other employees?

Congratulations for thinking about this when you are only 15. Here, for office space (East of TOronto) is approx $3 per square foot of commercial space.
