Is this per property? and Does it increase 4% automatically? Tell me more on how these work..

Yep, they increase 4% per month per property. It's updated every day so as soon as you buy one it's value increases. When you sell it back to the store you get whatever the current price is.

Watch the prices in the store and day to day you'll notice they are increasing!

Each night a script runs that increments the property values. So if you buy a property worth 1,000 today, tomorrow it will be worth 1,001. At the end of the month it will have gone up roughly 4%... actually closer to 3% due to rounding.

There is no guarantee that property will continue to appreciate at that rate, or that it will continue to only go up. Buyer beware. Wink
