1. All advertising must go in the Advertise here forum.
[Edit - 2008-06-27] The Advertising forum has been removed. This may or may not be a permanent change. At this time, no advertising posts are allowed on this board whatsoever.
2. No flaming or bashing. Flaming is the act of calling someone names, insulting them, attacking them in any way that would hurt them etc. This is not tolerated.
3. No impersonations of other people. Such as saying that you are an admin or a moderator when you really aren't. Or saying you are a certain celebrity/person/user when you aren't.
4. No other languages. Not everyone who moderates knows another language, in fact, some of the mods and admins may only know English. Also, refrain from posting leet and extreme chatspeak.
5. No posting pornographical material or linking to it. Do not link to or post anything illegal. Also, do not post to a site or post code that can corrupt a computer in any way.
6 - Do not post things just to elict an arguement, although debate is encouraged
7 - Harrassing a mod or admin over why they did something or for any action they have taken is not allowed.
8 - Do not ask for very personal information from a user, such as phone number, address, full name. This is also not allowed.
Please notify a mod or an admin is users are breaking these rules. |

Spamming has never been allowed on this board. Recently we have seen some "creative" spammers that register and seem to post reasonable content and have multiple different links in their signatures. While creative, this is still spam. Users that apply this technique to their posts will be first warned via PM or by a posting. If a user continues to post spam links in "fake" signatures their account(s) will be removed.
