wtr is down and there numbers say can get back on top but i think will go down about another point before it is a good buy but it is inline to make some money we do need water this stock seems perfect for summertime when every rich guy in arizona sprays his lawn and fills his swimmin pool so i will wait seems like a good pick though

As for as pho is concerned since its a "group" of stocks its kinda like a mutual fund. Look at the history on a lot of NEWER funds. they crash in the beginning and have to work there way back up. Id watch that one for a good while before any serious buying, unless of course you see it just exploding upwards.
