I know Ex24.com does - it may charge after the initial deposit. PayPal ?

"You must have an account at the PayPal service (www.paypal.com) to transfer funds through this service to your ex24 account. If you fund your ex24 account using PayPal, PayPal will deduct a service charge from your deposit. The net amount transferred by PayPal to your ex24 account will be the PayPal service charge, which can be as much as 2.9% + $0.30."

However, you can transfer money straight from an account for no charge:

"Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) - With an Electronic Funds Transfer, you can transfer funds from another eligible financial institution into your ex24.com account without having to mail us a paper check. In order to use EFT, your financial institution must allow electronic funds transfers/ACH. If you are not sure if your account at the financial institution supports this, please contact them. "

The sell/trade commissions are pretty cheap as well. If you do want to open the account, let me know as you can get a bonus for being referred (see Advertisement forum for more info).

Hope this helps you out!
