I guess i am getting burned out on the whole google hype thing. I beleive this stock is being pumped to the common folks for the benifit of institutional investors. There is no sane reason for this or any other stock to be trading at such a outrageously high p/e. And for cramer to still be bullish on it just makes me lose any respect I MAY have had for his investment style. A lot of people are going to get burned bad by this kind of advice!!! I have seen it in the past and it is a crime that any one should be trying to sell this kind of an investment. Confused
I think when we discuss a particular stock we do a very good job analizing it to give a fairly objective picture as to whether it is a good investment or not.
This community gives a lot of good ideas to each of us to learn from, more than any cramer type. IMHO Very Happy Very Happy
It is important to listen to all the different sources of information with an open mind. BUT we all have to filter out all of the hyped up cr%$ Very Happy

GOOG is everywhere, webmasters, publishers and advertisers alike all love it. It's being pumped for good sound reason. It's going to $600.

Very Happy Bullish...ISRG

Cramer is bullish on ISRG? I though he was bearish? He is the John Kerry of investing, there is an article about how often he has gone back and forth on ISRG maybe a half dozen times in the last couple months... Rolling Eyes

I would love to hear what that good sound reason is.
If its going to $600, I'm expecting you are holding a substantial amount in a real portfolio... how many shares do you have?

Google will have a lot of trouble reaching 600 as Microsoft has decided that it no longer wants to be 3rd in the interenet advertising industry and has decided to target google. Should be an interesting struggle to see if google can keep its marketshare.

I've changed my mind. I think you're right about Microsoft giving them some competetion. If their new Vista OS includes internet search on msn as default, that could kill Google.
