My mom dose some appartment invsting or she started some last year. She now has 3 appartments taht she rents out to students for a good price. But she had to get some money loned from the back to offord all 3 and her thinking is that she'll rent all apartments out for like 20 years and then sell them when she's payed her debt, but i don't like that idea. Here in Norway the appartmant prices have gone up about have the price she bough here 3 appartments for last year. So, what i think she should do is rent out the appartments for 2 years while she's ain't paying back her debt but only what it cost to lone the banks money. So, if she sells them in 2 years she will have made f.ex. 1 appartment she bough was 500.000 NOK and it's now priced at 1.000.000 NOK, so if sh sells all 3 in 2 years she will make 1.5 milion NOK, but if she waits 20 yaers the appartment rices might have been lowerd alot and might make less on it.

What do you think sounds the smartest?

Yea that is a good idea. Triple of what you paid for. I think she should sell them in 2 or 3 years.
