Some good stuff.

Freeye in his wisdom b4 leaving us was right. I have some Muscle&Fitness mags that date back to 1985.

My girlfriend used to get pissed cuz she thought I liked those muscle chicks. Not hardly. It pays to be into excercise.

Another way to save money is to reduce your expenses. Try gatorade.com and order the drink. This way you can cut your beverage expenses in half each month. Invest the difference.

They have small and large pouches and you could bring a pouch with you and a sports bottle for your car. Water is available everywhere.

Then for home, besides milk, juice & coffee make your gatorade and save the time and cost of lugging home jugs of liquids. Buy a gatorade bottle once in a while and reuse via the dishwasher.

People with children, I think this could save hundreds if not thousands of dollars per year and quench a lot of thirst.

I like the original as it reminds me of my gridiron days of glory.
