I've had upromise for years, but only have about $15 in my account. Do you have to register a card to get upromise $$?

Registering a card will help you accumulate money from the UPromise affiliates. For example, if use a registered credit card and make a purchase at the Sharper Image, you will receive a certain rebate %. If you actually apply for the card, I believe there is an automatic 1% rebate for all purchases.

upromise always sounded like a nice idea, but it sounds like it doesn't add up to much? Is that true?
