Sure, have been for a while. ET is their symbol. I owned it long enough to ride up, ride down, and start riding back up before I got out. I used to have accounts there. Don't anymore. Oops, guess I do now.  I'm not happy about this.
Oh, and get this, from the FAQ regarding the deal:
