In my opinion I would stock up on all your favorite retail stocks (target, sears, wal-mart, etc.) because when people get their tax returns, what do they do? They dump it all back in the economy. Dont buy MA or any credit or bank companies because they are going to be using cold hard cash. Just my opinion.

I think most people will use their checks to pay off debt, instead of spending it in retail stores.

I think the the plan was good hearted, but the amount would have to have been greater to impact overall spending.
