Thaaas riiiight...twas humun emo-shuns. Ifn ya learnt dat lesson when I taut it to ya 2 years ago you wuda knowd dat homes "usually" appursheyate maybe 5% per year fer since back when you wuz bornded. Soooo, when ya saw dum homes dublin in 3 years ya shuda axed "Whas up wit dat?!!"  Nooow, when ya had a "purty GOOG idea" dat da money runner banks was lendin da money on overvalyood houses....which means dat about ALL ov dat money was ficktishyuss by fackt....cept probly most fokes but only me didn know dat in say Dec 2005...which was a berry Merry Xmas ifn ya jist borrowed $60000 on yer house dat wuz sittin on a sinkhole so da bank wud only give ya 110% ov its appraized value....insted of 125%  Nooow, here bees where it git werser Den da banks made an investmunt vehicle outta da homes dat was "bubbleized"......so they gots da idea ta package da chit and let their affillyutt Hedge Fund idiots run by fokes fresh outta yer Frathouse leverudge demselves at least 10/1...or else ya couldn participate. Translayshun? Sure, we'll lend ya da muny...but ya gotsta go ALL in ALL the time! ....IFN ya knowd all dis I jist telled ya den ya wudn have said TOL wassa buy at $29.75....which you in fackt DID say anna I kin prove it but I won't. And I already toldja why I won't yesterday. But!...ya kin take 1 mo try at tryin ta call da bottom in TOL er any udder housing stock if yawnto..... based on da way yu do it.  |

Da human emoshuns teachin mees funny lessons now and agin. Twassa thing bout dem "fair values" dat be causin all da confushin dey ainna be tellin you buy and sell like da chawts get wit dat. Mitout me trusty stock pickin dog round deese pawts, I doanna know when da long term DA BOTTOM be put in... so I jus try to be "reasonable" But dat means nevaa pickin dem crappy homebuildin plays causa they BK! My weapon-o-choice for da coming carnage be upsteam or far downstream in da buzz-i-ness. Ifn I mightn be needina new weapon-o-choice I'll jus call Damon and tellm to bring me a TASR  So watchu sayn  |

Oh kewel...yu'll be spekkin ta Damon. I'm wreckin he bees sittin mit his Crox gooey chew shoes up on da desk jista watchin da pooter anna tryin ta figure out ifn CROX (da stock) has DA BOTTON'd yet. Since he "seems ta be" da type o'guy dat wud buy EVERY product ov da companies he bees owns stocks in since dem fokes thinks "buyin da chit" will help da stock price...Axe him ifn TASRn himself when CROX n TASR both hit new 52 weeks lows makes his gooey chew shoes melt? |

Stay CALM....it is jist anudder "fantasy stock" I wuda perferrred ta chort at da 52 week high personally. But I'm sho it'll git slam dunkarooneyd. Why not try LEH when it takes out $49? We already know it's goin balow da 20.50 low set on da BSC debacle. How do we know dat? I jist told ya! Or...ifn ya gots a timeframe longer than say Mon....ya kin chort n hold these till Jinxie's yungun reaches colluge age.....dat little whooper snapper shud be what, 2 years old by now?
