Just the wife and I and we only allow ourselves to spend 300 per month on groceries and we limit our eating out expenses to 300 as well, it has worked out to save us a lot of money, and use everything that we have before we go buy more

I have a family of 5 and don't know how much we spend on groceries, It's probably better not to know. I like to spend money wisely but also do not like to be a penny pincher.

I have a family of 4, we shop at Sam's and Aldi's. Buy in bulk and add as needed. We spend about $500/ month but as the infant gets older diapers and formula will cut the cost.

Aldi's is a very good place to shop if you have one in your area. My wife and I are surprised with the quality of food for the price. I wish there was more places like that, they know how to keep their costs down in the stores.

Save-a-lot is also very good for canned goods. Can save some cash there. We have one of those and an Aldi's also...

I just glad there are still groceries to buy even if they are expensive. Food shortages are starting to hit the U.S. and soon some food supplies won't be available.
