So any inputs to the Bears Stearn Companies?

How can the FEDS agree to allow the JPMorgan Chase & Co to purchase their stock for only $2.- book value after $80..

I understand that there was the non- confidence issue- but how can that happen with all the SEC regulations in place.

Is this another Enron deal- False numbers and greed?

Since the value of BSC is tied to the value of JPM stock by a factor of .054....and JPM has a date with $25....BSC has a true value balow $2 dallahs. Shocked Da best play is to chort LEH though since it gots a date mit sub $15 dallahs and it bees rampin by 14% in PM trading on da GS errrnuns. I'll be buying LEH Apr $25 er $30 puts during da foist 1/2 hour ov tradin so I kin get a mention on da Fast Muny Flunkie show....like da fellahs who wassa chortin BSC to $30 when it twas tradin at $55 and da $30 puts moved from .45 centavos ta $9 dallahs! Shocked Nice werk ifn ya kin getit....and sumtimes ya gotsta jist thank Mr Mawket fer givin it to ya. Cool

Just a word of caution....lat Tue TMA was in "full participation" mode and even traded as high as $4.05 in premarket trading. Then newz was be announced bafo da mawkets opened and TMA wiped out 2 weeks ov gains in 2 days. If ya think the same dang thang can't happen ta BSC you are kidding yerself....so doan be sooprised ifn ya find out 1 day dat yer ENTIRE gain toined into a GAHUGE loss bafo ya evun had a chance ta do sumphin about it. Wink Now....since evrybudy knows ya wassa way too skeeered ta buy BSC in real $$$ anna ya's jist tawkin funny muny....just SELL EVERYTHING here in yer "Sim-account" as soon as ya see da newz....da slight delay on most "3 letter" stocks will make sure you can avoid da "Sim" loss, which is IMPORTANT!...cuz we aaaaall know Arrow Simage in EVERYTHING! Laughing
