Personally, I am stoked about this IPO, which is usually a bad thing (emotion and money don't mix.)

I don't know a whole lot about IPO's other than more often than not, you best off watching and waiting for a few days and getting in when the price drops off about 10%. All the hype surrounding the VISA IPO makes me wonder if it is just hype, or is it going to be another Chipotle?

Visa is going to be huge let down. MA was the way to go, too late now to get in on the ground there, but you can still get some up side out of it. If MA had crashed and burned, I doubt Visa would have considered going public, they are only hoping to cash in on MA's success which is why it will fail. There is so much enthusiasm and expectation around it that there will be WAY more vultures lurking on the fringes making a killing and making the IPO all kinds of wonky.
