The problem with new people holding property is that it isn't really conducive to the learning experience, which is the real reason for having a trade simulator. What is the point of having all kinds of e$ if you don't know how to invest real $?
I say that as a person who holds a few million e$ in real estate, but I have a real $ account and my analysis and writing keeps me too busy to do much with the sim... |

I keep e$ invested in the virtual real estate here, but I keep e$25-50k invested to learn how to work my portfolio for a profit. The virtual properties here just allow me to turn a percentage on the remainder of my ewealth. |

| its not about having E$ or property.its just easy money for those learning to earn some money to replace what they may have lost with out having to just post random stuff that may or may not be about investing.. the amount of money you have doesnt make a differance its the return %. some one who has 5,000E$ can have a much higher return then a person with a million E$. basicly its just helping you afford the stock you wish to have. |
