Ifn he do I promised him I will not post at this site unless I gotta get 10 in ta win da muny each mumph! How would you like to hear from me no mo than 10 times a mumph? WOW! Plan B is obviously to just plain eleiminate me from this site....anna I gots no problum wit dat either. Udderwise,I ainna goin....anna I ainna changin fo noooooooo budy.
Sidenote: I'll update my RIMM n AAPL entries at the appropriate boreds, I leave GOOG alone annna wait fo the 4100 dallah drop in a single day....then I might WOOHOO. |

09/29/07: Time for a quick "approximately" 3-month update.
NVDA split again on 09/11/07 (this time it was a 3:2 split) and closed today @ $36.24. The "suckas" who bought the open on 02/17/06 and held are no longer up 69%, like they were when I started this thread. Nope, they're now up 130% on those shares. Oops!
Next up were AAPL, RIMM, and GOOG. According to a certain someone on 04/16/06, buying these "overpriced pigs" would be "a mistake". When I started this thread on 09/21/07, these three stocks were up 82%, 123% and 25% respectively since everybody's favorite bear cr4pped all over them. Today this terrible threesome is up 125%, 287% and 38%. Oops!
Finally were the energy pigs. These were the gains 3 months ago...
CHK @ 36.95 – up 20% since 02/21/06
COP @ 79.67 – up 28% since 02/21/06
CVX @ 82.85 – up 43% since 02/21/06
HK @ 16.75 – up 18% since 02/21/06
VLO @ 76.57 – up 37% since 02/21/06
XOM @ 84.30 – up 38% since 02/21/06
...for an average gain of 30.6% not including dividends.
Here they are today...
CHK @ 35.26 – up 15% since 02/21/06
COP @ 87.77 – up 41% since 02/21/06
CVX @ 93.58 – up 61% since 02/21/06
HK @ 16.42 – up 16% since 02/21/06
VLO @ 67.18 - up 20% since 02/21/06
XOM @ 92.56 - up 52% since 02/21/06
...for an average gain of 34.1% not including dividends.
The last group, the energy pigs, hasn't performed nearly as well as the tech pigs, earning on average only another 3.5% in the last 3 months. Of course, that 3.5% in 3 months works out to 14% a year.....plus dividends.
Oh well, that concludes our 3-month update. Happy trading! |

Still short CHK from the day you set the top at 37.75...I'm chort at 37.25. I'm waiting for the rest of you Earl clowns to take your Earlpig stocks to new highs as Earl has made a series of new highs....good luck! As you already know...I spalunked you personally on TASR for a 30% gain and said I would re-enter if ya gots da guts ta take it to 17.25. So fer no luck...but I'll hold up hope fer the dopes. I never said to chort AAPL in April...in fact...I said AAPL would take out the previous trend high which was at 98.70. I AM short AAPL, GOOG, RIMM, AMZN, and NVDA right now however and will hold for the long term. The one I was most incorrect about was NVDA....but I didn enter thatn as a chort until after the split. Oh yeah, forgot about CROX....still chort thatn....but it ain nuthin but a thaaaaang. My largest personal holding is a long in DUG....which of course is in preparation for the loooong term downtrend about ta begin in the energy seckter. Since I doubled my position with new buys at 41.77 and 40.48 I will sell 1/2 through 52 and hold the rest until Stat says sell cause the divi got cut on CVX. |

RIMM is a solid company, most of the time their market value increased, slow but carefully
nVidia does a good job since 2 years ago, good business model and a clear execution schedule which let them dominate the high-end market. They're leaders in graphic market.
In a year or two some changes will happen in the graphic Market. nVdia arch-rival, ATI, was bought by AMD.
In 2008 - 2009 Intel will introduce ther discrete solution in graphic cards, competing with nVidia and ATI (AMD's division), Intel and AMD will introduce CPUs with graphic core integrated.
Both, Intel and AMD, can produce their own integrated and discrete solutions. That situation let nVidia in a difficult situation. Actually nVidia produces the video hardware used in Intel and AMD platforms. nVidia must think in a new strategy to confront these change in a year or two.
Some sources talks about the posibility of nVidia entering in the x86 market, which let them in position to offer their own platform solution. But it's just a rumor, nothing confirmed. |

I just began playing it as a chort in fact. I chorted these 3 China chumps today...KONG at 8.95...still holding, JRJC at 46.50...still holding, CPSL at 11.05...coverd at 9.80. I am also chort ACH and CEO as long term holds. I'm wreckin I will bank quick gains on KONG n JRJC and rotate into CHNR as soon as today's high gets taken out. Oh yeah, I gots BIDU chort too but I'm well underwattah on thatn...but it's OK since it will eventually be going back below $100. My long term entry tawget fer KONG still stands at 2.50-2.85....unless I'm forced to lower it...like it looks like I will be witme tawget on TOA based on today's AH news. And Gugs will be happy to know that BRLC is STILL only a dumpski er twoski away from gettin me giddy! Most crap in general is now signaling sell so a big selloff will force me to cover....a rally off a signal like this that doesn't get very far will mean a collapse of major proportions however. JRJC is signaling sell into the close...so if it rallies on the open and fails to take out the high...watch out!...but even if it takes out the high...watch out! A rally after a sell signal is a major neggie. Like I said, lots of charts similar to this so something BIG is gonna happen in the next 2 days....up or down it will more than likely be a sizable move. |
