| I have always been partial to throwing a dart at a board with the NYSE or NASDAQ stock listing clipping over it. That seems to work on average (after fees and commissions) about as well as 70% of the mutual fund managers' results. |

| akshaytalwar......That was a very interesting background on the whole thing. I am going to look up more of akshaytalwar post. Maybe I will learn a thing or two. More post like akshaytalwar on this site is what this whole thing is about. |

that rally in gold seems to be going nowhere... personally not into gold investing-- now i wouldn't mind finding some gold... or diamonds, i tried that once in Arkansas, but, it's mostly just a gimmick seems the place has been combed through pretty well. |

Yeah, same here in Montana buddy. Once upon a time...the mines were booming. Now, there's two pit mines in my county....and they're living hand to mouth.
There's folks that "seed" the creeks and then charge the tourists by the head to pan it back out. Ok if you're into Ben Gay, but way too much work for a few flecks. By the size of the equipment I see, and all the supporting machinery....coupled with all the regulation....I don't think I'd like to try to earn my living that way |
