Any predictions on Southern California home values in the next 4-5 years? With all thats happening wit change in Prez and Iraq.....Prices gona Drop, Freeze, or Fly?
I wanna buy a house in couple years and i want it in SoCal...haha so whens the prices gona drop...right now they basically stuck... |

| If I had to guess I would say drop in the next 4 to 5 years...actually start looking to buy right before we pull out of Iraq....if you wait until after it'll be to late...jhowever noone seems to know when that is |

haha great it makes pritty good sense
hopefully be able to buy in a couple years
i been lookin and the prices are now on hold...sales are barely moving if moving at all haha...the house across the street put a sign up a couple months back and seems like they gave up... |

I live on the east coast, and when I see the Flip that House show... it amazes me at the prices they get.
Homes that sell for 60-80K sell for $400k + there.

They only show you the massive success stories. Wouldn't be as exciting if they showed you the flippers who got caught with the house and had to eat the renovation expenses. |
