There ya go Dubya B! HUI to 259.63..eclipsing the 259.38 high. I'm gonna say that even that high will go bye bye since they dunn it wit a gapup like wit da XOI and the RSI line touched 80. I'm wreckin the HUI will trade to or thru 360 and you will see the RSI line fail to make a higher high....kinda like we saw wit da XOI after the inital ramp to 1515 n change...and then a move thru 1516 with no higher RSI level. I know ya can't read a chawt and have no idea what to look fer. Dat's why I'ze heeeya. I'm wreckin it is gonna be a veeeeery intrusting day. It is a Fri after all...and Fri 13th at that! Embarassed

Hmmm...gold fell a ton yesterday. I wonder if it was the fokes who trade on the obvious reacting to former GS head crook turned White House crook Hank Paulson who said Arrow "We support a strong dollar." Rolling Eyes Laughing There will be fear in the streets soon and a ton ov fokes react to fear by running to what is perceived as a safe haven....which ov course be gold. The only real "value" way to play it would be to buy VGZ at this point...specially on any weakness. In the long run even a buy at 4.50 will payoff bigly and there is a tradeable move to 5.50 minimum coming. Once the HUI trades to the recent 372 high I'd git out ifn I was you however, since da goldies goin down just like every udder commodititty stock. Wink Looks like my ole friend DROOpY even changed clothes (DROOD) in hopes that fokes won't realize how crappy it is. Trust me sheeple....it's crappy. Rolling Eyes But at this point after the 10/1 reverse split it has a lot less ova tumble comin than say MNG, or Cramer's gruesome twosome AUY n GSS.....plus I'll throw in his PAL too! Rolling Eyes

Nice! The pickture in da preshuss metals stocks became muuuuch clearer over da past 10 trading days. Most impotant ov note is da fackt dat the HUI Goldpig index left a nonconfirmed trend low at 322-285gap into da close on the Th bafo Bernanke's sooprise discount rate cut. So yes sheeple, even da gold idiots wassa runnin skeeeerd! Laughing Actually, they wassa left thinking Arrow "Hold on a seckond, my goldpig stocks rallying to unsustainable levels based on former Fed chairman Alan Greenwad's muny dump since 2003 was free mawket capitalism...now dat Bernanke is Manny Nipulating da mawkets wit anudder big cash injeckshun to prevent outright panic....going against that would be considerd Communism!...if we was ta axe Larry Krudlow of course...so let's party!" Laughing The logimacal stinkin thinkin behind this phenomenon is purty easy ta figure out. Arrow If Bernanke is "at da button" waitin to interject wit cash ANYTIME da mawkets sell off then this is a nobrainer!....falling rates mean a further disdain fo da U.S. dallah...and dat be inflayshunary uh huh. Da ganews fo da goldbugs is da fackt dat a cut in the Fed funds rate is 100% gar-own-teed now cuz da mawkets already have it priced in! Wink Of course ifn da rate cut doan come cuz da gold idiots snookerd demselves by reacting in an obvious way (Fed wants to fight inflaysun, but inflayshun indick-ate-hers rallied BIGLY cause o'what Bernanke dunn did)...all hell gonna break loose to da downside and da HUI goldpig index takes out the 285 low end o'da trend low in about 10 seckonds or less. So da Reaper went ahead and stawted building a chort position in da goldie dat'll get hit da hawdest and quickest based on a contrary POV...AEMLW is now 15% of me overall funny money port in one o'dem stock pickin games I bees playin. I will be lookin to enter CAU or DROOpY on the massive selling coming to a goldpig stock near n dear to yer heart veeeery soon. I'm glad they gots DROOD trading under da DROOpY symbol agin too....kind ov like havin an old long lost friend return. Very Happy Since the Fed move there has been a buy signal and a sell signal on da HUI and it rallied offa botha dem signals so the tern will come this week in all likelihood. In fackt, expect overall mawket volatility to increase as volume increases. This past week's rise in da stock indicies was on very low volume...and they was runnin em up in a downtrend....a veeeery neggy sign. Wink

Gold is forming a LT head and shoulders top. A big drop is likely in the next few months that could see gold headed to mid $500's or lower...

Gold n commodititties are keepin da Reaper on da right side ov bein right. Wink The perfuckt scenario would be fo dum ta hold em up into the time when Bernanke makes his next decision bout da funds rate in Sept. Right now I knoooooow you want a rate cut....cause ifn Bernanke cuts rates stocks gonna KAZOWEE! Shocked Doan feel bad...dat's what EVERYBODY is thinkin. Udderwise da mawkets wouldn have a 200% chance ova 4% fed funds rate priced in within 1 year. Wink Dems da "latest" stats (not Stat, he's just plain wrong Very Happy ). So da Reaper be thinkin Arrow "Ifn they kin jist git gold ta $700+ becuz ACH, CHL, anna buncha udder China chit wassa up 20%+ yesterday....afta they wassa already up 49586762% in 3 years Rolling Eyes "...I SIRIously doubt Bernanke is happyhazzard enuff ta give ya what's you'ze lookin fer. Wink Remember, so fer it has been proven without reazunable doubt that every single one ov George w. Bushes underlings were incompetant to the point of being historical (and hysterical)anomalies. Laughing Dat be why they's a buncha Dems now makin da new laws. Wink Do you really think da Republicans want to throw away the election 12 months before it even happens....simply becuz they told Bernanke to "make it look" good at ANY cost? Confused I doan think fokes is dat stoopid. They came through fo da Reaper wit flyin colors during the midterm elections. Just let Bernanke mess up and I'll get on da horn anna rally da masses! Laughing No biggie in reality...we all know Bernanke comes heeeya to see what I'ze sayin. Right now da fokes on Wall St think he's a geeeenius! Shocked Do you think he wants to throw dat away by not lissnen to me all ova sudden? Confused Think about it! Rolling Eyes Laughing

Nice! Nobudy noticin it yet. Werser yet...some fokes like Adam Hamilton makin excuses bout why da goldies still be a great long termer. Da trooth is dat da stocks ALWAYS tell ya what gonna happen next...just like da housing stocks purrdicted the subprime slime at least 12 mumphs ahead o'time. Hamilton hasn't yet recognized that da stocks (HUI index) are waaaay underperforming physical gold (and dat be bearish) in his take on the HUI/gold ratio....which I mentioned bafo...and now stands at appx 50%....which is STILL over valued. Wink

I'd simply keep "fightin it" if I was you though. Wink Tell Damon ta stop BOOHOOin bout CROX when ya see him too. I ainna dunn wit datn none neither. Laughing
