Jeeez...ifn only sumbudy coulda purrdickted all these subprime woes and how they would effect the big muny center banks. Confused No wait!....sumbudy ova heeeya DID ackchooly purrdickt this! who was dat masked man?!! Cool This is jist da tip o'de iceberg sheeple. In the next 6 munths to 2 years we will hit da peak ov the "re-adjustments" of adjustable rate mortgages. This was in fackt a bubble. The BIG difference betwixt this and da stock mawket bubble was da fackt that wit stocks you can do your own research and make a decision whether or not to buy. With RE the cards were actually stacked agin da unknowing publick. Granted....many of the fokes who bought the last wave up were idiots. I told ya's about the home I got at $125K right around late summer of 06. I flipped it to a flipper for $132. He flipped it to a flipper for I don't know how much. But I do know that last guy threw about $40K into the house in rennovations and then sold it for his full axin price of $210K!!....all within 3 mumphs! Shocked The last buyer got the loan and I'm wreckin he jumped through hoops to getit. The fokes that gave him the loan are the ones who should be concerned about da Federallies. Embarassed Like I said bafo....nobudy was watchin whilst Dubya was off playin army. Of course the fokes runnin BX, GS, WM, HBC...who were runnin da muny to fund da inflated appraisals will see no jail time. Luckily fo yuns da Reaper be here to proteckt ya's...for now. Laughing
