I am a less than casual fan. Sometimes I watch the series, but never watch the regular season games.
I had some tickets a while back to a Rangers game. We had the option to go on Wednesday or Thursday. I forget who we were playing. I know that I went on Wednesday, and on Thursday Kenny Rogers (then pitching for the Rangers) pitched a perfect game. In all of the thousands of games played in major league baseball, there had been only 13 perfect games up until then.
History.
And I missed it.
