UPromise is a great online site where you can save for a child's college education. It's not cheap to go to school these days!

I was really surprised when I paid TruGreen for a lawn treatment and I got money back in my Upromise account! I hadn't realized that they were on their list. Glad I used the right credit card.

Add me as another UPROMISE user. Been a member for a year now, it's slow but any extra money for college education is a plus.

I have been an Upromise member for a couple of years. I like that they keep track of it..

It does add up if you get your relatives to register if they don't have children themselves.

You register your credit cards with UPomise. When you use one of those cards at a store or service that Upromise has liseted, they credit your account with a percentage back.

Will this work with a "rewards" card that is already giving you a percentage in cash back?

Be sure to check the Upromise website before you make ANY major purchases. We are renting a car for an extended vacation this summer. I had already made the reservations and later the same day I had a reason to go to the Upromise website. Low and behold.... I could have gotten Upromise $$ with my car rental through Budget! I'm gonna try to make a new reservation using Upromise! |

I get the general idea of Upromise and have signed up. But what do I do with it after money is in there?
