Are you talking about preparing a business plan? A business plan is a very good idea if your trying to get investors.
There are a million places to purchase business plans online (just try a search in a major search engine. Otherwise, maybe you can get some help if you pay some eInvesting$. I would help, but I'm not much of a writer.
Here is a free template (link at the bottom of this link), but let me warn you this document is HUGE!

| Thank you a lot, its going to be a great help for my business plan. Although I am preparing an Intro business plan also, because I want to keep the main business plan as confidential as much as possible. I could use some help with that. |
