| Anybody watch What's with that House? on HGTV ? It's pretty cool show. We found a pretty bizzare house a few block away that would be a good candidate. I think most people would not want to buy a house next to one that doesn't fit the neighborhood. |

| Sometime remodel a house cost almost as much as buying a new house. If you doing it the first time, I think it's safe to hire an experience realtor/investor to estimate the total cost before hand. |
