| I've never used them but a neighbour used privatehomes4sale. Their house sold in 2 weeks. Another neighbour then did the same and also had a quick sale. I was impressed! |

I got good calls on www.BuyOwner.com, they let you rebate towards going on the MLS too which is real important in today's market.
BuyOwner has 100's of billboards and great TV presence in the Philadelphia, New Jersey, Delaware market place.
I have no Buyowner.com complaints. |

I would post your home on here.......and include links back to buyowner and/or the hoobly page. ON Hoobly you can upload a ton of pictures so maybe do that one first.

then if they click that link you get visitors, which hopefully leads to showings..
