One way to set aside a small amount each month is to use coupons and put aside the amount you saved on the coupons. I have saved $100/month before.

I like to use coupons- as long as they are "true savings". For example, I would spend $3 on cereal minus $1 coupon for a total of $2. That's a good deal. But if the store brand is virtually the same and always $1.50, I figure my use of the coupon was not a true savings because I could have had the store brand for less. But- that said- I do love to use coupons too!!!!

I'd like to add that one of the best ways to coupon can also be on internet shopping. A place like www.currentcodes.com often has percentage-off discount codes that instantly save you money on things you were going to buy anyway.

hi,...

Hmmm......thx for hte web site....but the biggest problem i face when buying electronics or other large things online is the expensive shipping and handling fees. They turn out to be adding up and subsequently being more expensive then buying them in local shops....Sad
