Hi all, I live on the Gold Coast in Queensland Australia, a magnificent place to live I might add, plenty of sun, surf and beautiful women.
I am a fulltime sharetrader trading primarily the Australian market but sometimes I step outside my comfort zone and take positions in the US market. It's a little difficult because of the time difference and the gyrations stocks in the DOW and Nasdaq have. Our market is less volatile.
I keep a tight stop at first then if the trade goes the way I think it should and I get some room to move I widen the stop, usually 5% of the size of the trade, if the stock moves 5% for me I often take another position.
I hope to participate in the stocks section of the Forum and learn more about the beast we are trying to tame. |
