Has anyone tried this? VectorVest
Id like to see what their software is all about and if it is worth the purchase.
If you visit the site they offer a free research report on up to 3 stocks per day with a limit of 9 per email address.
The reports are not terribly indepth, but they do provide a good analysis 5 Major Areas, and they're free!

-value
-relative value
-relative safety
-relative timing
-reccommendation
-stop price
-Earnings growth rate
-EPS
-P/E
-Earnings Yield
-Growth to P/E ratio
Dividend Analysis
-dividend
-dividend yield
-dividend safety (assurance)

Sales/Market Cap Data

-sales per share
-P/S ratio
-Shares
-Market Cap
Summary
-valuation
-graph/industry comparison

hmmm, warren it took less than a minute for me to get them in my email.

Hey, this is cool. Thanks for the info/link.
I also got it immediately, one with a hotmail account (which automatically deemed it as junk, I had to get out of that folder) and one from my isp account. |

Am I looking at the right place?

I keep trying to get reports for Apple (AAPL), but nothing really happens after I put that and my email in, clicking "send" doesn't seem like its doing anything.
Is there something I'm missing? |

im entering the symbol and my email and then it goes to another page with the information about vector vest. are you checking your junk folder? |

I'd avoid Vector Vest, I followed some of their picks just before the tech bubble burst and if you went with their plays that they rated as good buys you would have absolutely gotten crushed, VV is like most sites that rate stocks and most investors in general really, when things are going well in da mawkets it is easy to pick winners, nobody recognizes what to look for when things are gonna turn ugly, and absolutely nobody knows when it is time to buy DA BOTTOM, cept fo maybe one or 2 fokes on da planet.  |
