This a stock I have been watching for awhile now. I bought it back in December and sold it later. I went beack to check them out and they are still going strong.

My problem is that while I was wacthing CNBC yesterday, that lame *** Crammmmer came on in the middle of some show and talked about how involved they are in with Google, that their success can be attributed to Google and should trade just as strong because of it. I have been trying to look around and see what he is talking about and I don't see anything relating them together.

Im trying to figure out how Google effects this stock. If they were Rackables only customer I could see it but nobody stays in business long if they have just one customer or one customer responsible for the mahority oftheir business.

They have an earnings report coming out at the end of this month and I bet he is pumping them up. Which irritates me because I always feel Crammmmmmmmmer is a pumper/dumper and I wish someone would kick him in his dumper! lol Twisted Evil

Hmmm, Cramer gave his praise, but it's down almost 7% as of this post today. I wanted to say nice RACK, but I can't.

Here is what cramer had to say about Rack,

"RACK WAS DOWNGRADED BY THE GOOD PEOPLE AT GRADIENT - NEED I SAY MORE? GRADIENT. NOW, THE REASON WHY THEY DIDN'T LIKE IT, FRANKLY, WAS ALL ABOUT SOME CASH FLOW ISSUES. THEY'RE HOMEWORK BE BAD. THEY USED SOME SORT OF SPREADSHEET ANALYSIS - I MEAN, GIVE ME A BREAK. THIS IS A CO. THAT HAS INVENTORY THAT'S ALREADY SOLD. THEY'RE ACTING AS IF IT'S GOT AN ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE PROBLEM. I SAY THIS TO GRADIENT (SHOTGUN), AND I SAY THIS TO RACK (BULL), WHICH IS THE FASTEST GROWING INTERNET STACKEM CO. AND IS VERY CLOSELY ASSOCIATED TO GOOGLE (GOOG) AND AKAMAI (AKAM)! "

Copied from the mad money recap site.

I dont see the closely related to google comment viable either, unless he is just talking about internet and networking growth all together. Ive seen there stuff in some of the large data rooms that ive been in. Its nice its clean and has good fiber management to it. Maybe goole is one of there larger customers as google grows so grows there network!

I'm just waiting for Grim to chime in about Cramer forming another top, but I don't really know enough about RACK to make any substantial judgements about the stock.

I had it a while back and sold it around $35. I bought it again today @ 47.32

Before I realized CramAss was talking about it, I had been thinking of buying it again if it dipped below 50.

Even though I don't watch his show, he still bugs the **** outta me.

With only 23 million shares and a 70% float and 70% institutional ownership, assuming you bought shares at least 3 months ago, I'd sell. Just my opinion, I've held stocks and watched them peak and bottom. A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. Shocked Cool

Well the stock did well last month, i boght some again this month before it took a terrible fall. I've held on to my position and bought at two others. My original position is at 48.50, a smaller one at 43.86 and then a final spot at 42.67. I normally wouldn't do this but I feel the stock is going to gap back up , likely not back to 48.50 but i think I'll make up some of my losses on this one. BTW at close today it hit 44.26 and in after hours it's up another .17 Smile I'm sure the pirate and his parrot would say it's Cramers fault, lol.
