Yeah robots are cool we bought my son a Robosapien it's neat to program it and we also got him a shellshocker from tyco (more of an rc but it's transforming capabilities are definitely robotic) this is a supr powerful toy and it's tail attack can do serious damage to the unprotected toe or shin. It will climb halfway up my four foot hedge:

No, kidding. You know there is a project called DARWIN at a university, I am sure you can google it, that has given a robot some cool AI and sensors it is teaching itself about it's world and it's environment and they gave it some basic stuff like it really craves certain simple things to get it started somewhat like a baby craves milk. An interesting if not downright scary experiment. Shocked My point is, google started as a university experiment this one might be worth watching I'm not sure, but the possibilities are endless.
