| I have a Hotmail account and haven't noticed any problems with my email delivery or sending. Did it state when this began? I mean, how do you know you haven't received an email if you weren't expecting it in the first place? |

| Premium hotmail accounts were hit by the sounds of it. Seems the free accounts may have been okay. |
