| Besides the fact that the house is trashed- is there anything particular I should be aware of when I consider putting an offer on a power of sale home? |

| Again, I keep forgetting that the terminology in Canada is defferent than the US terms. Yes, it's a bank forclosure. In Canada, homes taht are taken over by the bank and then put up for sale are called: "Power of Sale". They are usually sold as is. |
