| I've heard there's big money being made in the self-storage business. Rates of return on money are equalling 30 to 35% on new construction. Putting your facility in a higher-income suburban neighborhood is a near guaranteed winner. |

| Hmm thats a new one, havent really heard of making alot of money in self storage, im gonna have to look into this. |

| Near where I live there are several of these. I ahd also heard the same thing about them being big money makers. May be worth looking into! |

| For awhile we tried selling self-storage sheds delivered to your house. We charged a monthly fee. I think that having a self-storage multi-unit system is easier to maintain than this idea. |
