hi, I'm another one from Estonia, but not so active in the US market, just holding a couple of long term positions. I mostly swing trade in the vilnius/latvian/estonian/scandinavian markets. I was 16 when started in the field, but I'll turn 17 soon and during that year my portfolio is up about 400% (had 8K in the start, now it's little over 32K) I know that the bankroll is small, but I'm doing this for experience and because I like it, but not for money. My biggest loss ever is about 400$ (held straddle over time - HAVE A STRATEGY WHEN PUTTING ON A TRADE  )

So how are you Estonian folks finding the board, are you googling for "estonian investing board" or something? Actually I guess that's a semi-serious question, how is everyone finding the board?
Might be an interesting poll topic... |

well, for instance TA never works there. the markets are 90% effected by psychology. |

I can imagine they are a little more volatile.
Technical Analysis... blah. I can't say I'm a fan, but apparently some people take it as divine guidance. Would you say there is alot of panic selling, and people are generally too quick to go in and out of things? |

What about NASDAQ are you looking to learn? Its not more complicated than anything else, really. Pick the right stocks, and it doesn't matter where they are trading. |
