Hi everybody!! I have to say that this is the greatest site, kudos to those who are credited with it's creation.
A little about moi, I am 37yrs old with absolutely NO plan or head for finances. Hence that is why I am here. I was never taught the importance of finanical planning, a mistake that will not be made with my own children. I have two, my daughter is 16 and my son is 12. You will see my daughter here very soon, I have made the decision that this would be a great place for her to start learning. I must credit my husband for opening my eyes to the ugly reality of cash issues. If it weren't for his level headedness and understanding of financial matters then I would most likely be 65 and living in a cardboard box and oblivious to why. My New Years resolution is to get out here and educate myself. Just through reading through previous posts here I realize that there is a wealth of information to take in and digest. I must say that I am very excited and look forward to hearing from others and soaking up info like a sponge. |
