Does he give you the picks he is going to announce on the show? It might pay off then. I'm not sure how the SEC feels about this whole thing.

I think he gives you the picks before he mentions them on the show. That way you get them before they spike when he mentions them on the show.

No I dont think that he gives you the picks from the shows. He pretty much tells you when he is buying or selling stocks from his actionalert plus charity funds.

You also get his and his advisors advice. Remember he cant buy or sell a stock within 10 days of mentioning it before or after!

Thanks didn't know that. Makes it more difficult to pad his funds, but really not impossible.
