Can not gain market share on MO@$72.00...after hrs.$71.95...pays a dividend that yields 4.4%. Due to the band on advertisement. Believes there is a potential for a 25 to 40% premiumon UST.
Loser in the battle between JNJ@$60.04...after hrs.$60.10 and BSX@$25.80 for GDT@$66.53...after hrs.$66.50 would most likely go after BCR@$67.07...after hrs.$68.64 target due to solid fundamentals and not subpoened for pricing in medical device manufacturers.

| I like to see Jimmy recomend a stock that is actually about something I care about and that's saving the environment and not poluting the air. I suffer from asthma so this is particularly something that concerns me. I hope volvy and pcar do well, but I'm not sure I would buy these two stocks. Anyone have more information about pcar and volvy that doesn't agree with Jimmy's enthusiasm? I would never buy a stock just because Jim recomends it, so tell me more about these two stocks if you know something. |

| volvy is the medium duty and up truck division of the former Volvo. They also make stuff for the aerospace, construction, and even boating industries. Their PE ratio is about 8 and thay are at about 66% of their 12 month high. |
