Plots have started going out of demand and the craze these days is for something that one can move into without much fuss involved. This to some extent, as a real estate developer agreed, has shifted the industry’s attention also from offering plots to start building houses and seek clientele. Life having entered the fast lane happens to be one of the major factors for the change in choice, it is reasoned. Given the fact that a high majority of property buyers happened to be in the young age bracket and operate on high salaries and less time available, the trend has really caught on.
