Real Estate Investment in India is now at an all time high if the government statistics are to be believed. Since the economic reforms were initiated nearly a decade ago, phenomenal real estate investments started pouring in but in recent times this trend has surpassed all predictions by the economists. In the last financial year, more than 12,000 crore rupees ($3 billion) in real estate investments from both the returning expatriates and also the foreign realtors has been cleared by the investment board. Since a lot of global players in the real estate sector are now entering into this hot sector in a mass way, customers can expect a better deal in the long run.
Due to the phenomenal earnings from the real estate transactions and also the rise in incomes through building tax from a particular area wherein an apartment complex has been put up, the town planning authorities and the local governments now actively promote major real estate projects in the up market areas. Investments worth more than 30 billion dollars are expected in the immediate future. Investments in real estate both from the returning expatriates and also the leading global realtors are literally doubling each year. In fact the global realtors actually began with small projects. The success in one project gave confidence to put in more money into bigger projects.
For the middle class, a real estate investment ensures monetary freedom. It is also seen as an investment into the future due to the continuous appreciation in real estate values. For a leading realtor, success in just one venture provides the needed finances to move ahead with investments in other areas with higher budgets. However as of late it is the market forces that are determining the price of real estate in up market areas. |

I would normally welcome a new member with an informative post, but since I have found the same post by the same user on multiple other boards across the web it's clear this is spam.
Bye bye, thanks for playing. |
