No dates are known, first target is making sure the new calculation is running well and making sure all the numbers are in order.

Once everything is set we may have some better dates and plans as far as future improvements.

Short trades are tricky, because to follow the rules you can only short something that is trading on an uptick. So we have to track the "last quote" as well as the current quote, or at least be able to get the last trade direction. For those wondering why this rule exists, it's to keep short traders from "piling on" a stock that is already going down. The stock has to trade up in order for a short sale to be completed.

In theory the stock shares have to be available to borrow as well, but I can't see any way to implement that here, since we're not a real brokerage. But I think that the uptick rule will certainly be put into the game.

Short selling will make the competition tougher, because when you short sell your profit is limited, but loss is unlimited so you have to cut the loss really quickly. It will make the game more interesting aswell because when the trend is going bearish you can still earn money.
