| A lot of people say that the mortgage broker can give you a better rate- but I've never seen it yet. I guess it's just another option...if anyone knows anymore, please respond! |

| I would just shop around and get the best rate that you can but also keep in mind that you want someone who you can trust. My brother a few years ago went with a mortgage broker because the rate was better. But, in the long end that was not true they kept puttting off his closing, for no apparent reason and by the time they finally were ready to close they went beyond the date and his rate went up. I would rather pay a little more and go with a reputable company. |
