| My DH and I both work for companies with 403(b) plans. What % or amount is standard to be putting into these plans? Should we be investing in any other areas as well? |

| Was just at an MTA meeting and they are advising saving in the 403B. Please anyone w knowledge...pass it along. Will be grateful. Thanx. |

Depends on the options offered by the 403, but I'd max out to employer's match, invest in an IRA, then finish off investing in the 403 past the match. After you have finished investing in these tax-advantaged vehicles, go ahead and invest in tax-disadvantaged accounts too. |
