I've been holding INTX for awhile as I figured it was significantly undervalued.... Well, it appears Cramer (I still don't know who he is) thought the same thing and this stock shot up 12% I sold out with a hefty little profit, if nothing else this guy can sure pump a stock with a quickness |

| cramer can have a very big effect on the market, which makes it difficult to actually tell how his picks would do if he didnt announce them. I would like to see his portfolio of stocks that he didnt tell anyone about, i would assume his gains are minimal at best. However, for you, you happened to be on the lucky side of the stick. |

I wondered about that to. He must be quickly becomming the richest man on earth if he buys right before he announces and then dumps after the significant gains. I think I am beginning to take INWB's side on this--- I don't like him. |

He isn't allowed to do that due to SEC regulations, although he has had trouble with those rules in the past. Something about writing about stocks while you invest in them - who'd imagine that could cause problems? |

| If the man has an ounce of integrity he will be very scrupulous about that sort of thing. It only takes a hint of an allegation and he's toast. Not necessarily from the SEC, but from the viewing public. Besides, don't many of the stocks that get mentioned on his show come from call-in viewers? I never watch it... but I thought that was the case. |

i agree, the SEC, the public, and the media are very quick to pounce on and expose any type of fraudulent activity
and typically cramer will only suggest 2-3 stocks of his own research per daily show, the majority of stocks are mentioned in the lightning round where viewers call in and present a stock for his opinion, and i believe he still has to reveal if he owns the stock in question for his actionalertsplus.com |

Lately he has been stating that you don't buy stocks until you do research. Also use limit orders to protect yourself because of the nuts who buy after hours as he is talking about and running them up. |

If you don't research investments and trust some guy on TV, I wouldn't be suprised to see your less than par portfolio for the long haul. Do your own research and compare it to other opinions. Please take the emotion out of your picks, you'll be much more successful with investing. |
