Hello,
What is your favorite research website for stocks? There are so many, and a lot of them are good, so I was wondering what were your personal favorites. I am looking to get into the stock market a little more, so I am in need of some better research. Any information is greatly aprreciated.

The newspaper is good for prices and such, but not great when it comes to analyzing stocks, and providing you with the "hot" stocks. What I am looking for is this, and I know of a couple websites, but just was wondering what other people used.

There is also a website called www.tveyes.com Whenever your keyword is spoken on TV, they will send you an email. It's great to see just how much "buzz" your stocks are getting in the media or to give you an alert.

I've gotten some of my best information from: www.wired.com
They have up to the minute information on technology and that's where I like to put a number of my chips. |

I have to say barchart.com is pretty good! They are the ones who sponsor the stock ticker. They are clickable links to get detail on the stocks as they go by.

If I have specific tickers in mind, google is great: easy to switch between yahoo, fool, money central, and ClearStation. I can also quickly switch to usenet posts or news reports for the same stock.
