Just wondering if the Multiple Listings are protected nationwide or it varies state by state. Wouldn't it be nice to view properties as they are placed on the market instead of relying on a realtor who may let you slip through the cracks? You could save him or her (and yourself) a lot of time by just calling when you find something that you really find interesting and worth visiting.

I don't know about in the States but I can access all properties in Canada by going to mls.ca (multiple listing service). I can research the properties, see pic's etc. and then call my realtor.

If you live in NJ, PA, MD and DE -

You don't need to have a Prudential realtor. The net has a lot more (Google).
