I need some help writing up contracts and was wondering if anyone knew of a good online source or possibly some software that's useful. I specifically need things such as:
Lease-to-own agreements
Owner carry financing
Subject to finding Tenant
etc.
Any ideas? |

| try doing a google search...i had found a bunch of these available...then i edited one myself and took it to our laywer for his editing and it was alot cheaper than having the lawyer start it from scratch! good luck! |

| There are a LOT of turnkey sites that offer legal forms. Be careful when choosing one....It might be a cost little more, but go with a reputable company thats been around for a while. |
