Anyone want to write a short review of the stock sim? I'd like to use it on the Stock Sim info page:

Maybe 2 or 3 reviews. Doesn't have to be long, 2 or 3 sentences. If I use it I'll send you $2000 eInvesting$!

I dont know if you want a review or constructive critisism of the Sim or the entire site. Do shameless plugs count?
The eInvesting Sim is one of the few Trading simulators on the net. It's a great way to test your skills as an Investor or pseudo-Day Trader. If you want to be a good investor, you need to practice with the Sim first. It's not your money anyways! |

| The broker I use doesn't provide much for support. E-investing lets me try the idea before I spend the cash. So far, ROI since September is 7.03% in real dollars. That's more than I earned the entire year of 2004 taking risks on unproven theories. |

| As someone who came into this site with virtually no knowledge of how the market works, I can honestly say that using the trading sim on einvesting has given me the confidence and the interest to enter the market for real. I have learned so much on this site, and have also been given great direction on how to learn about the market for myself. |

I played this game back in the 1980's and was keeping track of stocks by pencil and paper.It was fun then and it's even more fun now playing the same game with the pleasure of having a computer keeping records of all investments and transactions. Cool idea!
I once heard someone offer this advice...sell your stock when it reaches + or - 5% either way and then move on. Any truth to that? |
